Pro Tip: Save room for ice cream. Most specifically, the coffee chocolate chip cookie scooped ice cream. Sourdough-styled pizza, made fresh. Once dough runs out for the day, options become minimal. With that being said, there are plenty of options still available, event at 9 PM. Can order a Small pie (10 in/4 slices), which serves 1-2 people. Can also order a Large pie (14 in/8 slices), which serves 2-4 people. The Alsatian is, most definitely, the best pizza option on the menu. Caramelized onions, shallots, garlic, creme fresh, bacon and gruyere. Chef's kiss! Our second option, the mushroom Swiss Chard, was just meh. The Caesar salad was also forgettable...not worth the $14. Will certainly be back for the Alsatian and ice cream.

One of the my favorite pizza spots in Boston. There's a warm and quiet ambiance in the restaurant. The pizza is crisply prepared, with a slightly charred but not overtly burnt crust. Have come here a few times and have tried the various speciality pizzas as well as the calzone. The service is very expedient and friendly. Specifically, an error was made on a dine in order and the server was not only apologetic but the staff went above and beyond to make up for the issue. This is definitely a spot I plan to frequent again while in Boston. Also, a surprise but this spot has some great ice cream flavors!

Picco is love, Picco is life. Service has always been friendly and efficient. It gets busy, but you don't feel cramped. Great place to catch up with friends and colleagues. The line to get ice cream can get long in the summer. I can't say I like everything on the menu, but that's okay because there's always ice cream at the end. The meatballs are kind of bland. The acorn squash and brussels spouts are delicious. The hot honey wings are yummy, but a bit dry. The rigatoni and sausage were scrumptious. The alsatian pizza was meh. Sausage fennel and ricotta was fantastic. Four cheese is also really good. But honestly with the pizzas you can just add whatever toppings you want. Now the ice cream. This is my love letter to Picco's ice cream. You get so much ice cream in the small (photo) for just $5. You can also get a kids for $3 and it's a great size scoop! I love that the flavors changes and I haven't tried a flavor I didn't like. And don't disregard their dairy free flavors, they make them so creamy! The dark chocolate sorbet and the peach flavors were both delicious and made me question how they were dairy free. Otherwise, the caramel swirl, blueberry miso, coffee, cinnamon, peanut butter swirl, all delicious. You literally can't go wrong with Picco's ice cream.

This is a great pizza place with a nice, tangy crispy, sourdough crust. You're able to do half and half for the pizza on any size which is perfect to try a couple types. Brussel sprouts with squash were also delicious. Service is good too.

We came for the pizza and ice cream but I would come back for the burrata! The cheese melts in your mouth with the perfect sweet jam to complement it. The biscuit is wonderful on it own - crispy on the outside, airy and filled with a good herbal flavor. The pizza was also delicious. Good bread, good toppings, good char. We loved the outdoor space which was conducive to an active 1.5 year old. Our waiter was wonderful, timely and attentive.

I'm shocked I've never reviewed PICCO before since I've been going here pretty much since it opened (although honestly it took me a while to figure out that PICCO stood for "pizza and ice cream company".) Outstanding thin crust charred pizzas, small bites like meatballs and wings, salads and my favorite the mac & cheese (with sausage and mushrooms, please) is simply amazing comfort food, Add a great wine and beer list and of course ice cream (which is some of the best around) in a modern sleek space with lots of outdoor seating and this is a total affordable neighbor institution. if you remember Bertucci's (especially the old south end one behind Back Bay station) it's like an elevated Bertucci's

We took subway to this place from Seaport because of a Dave Portnoy pizza review, getting off at the Back Bay stop and walking another 8-10 minutes or so. Both of the chicken wings were gluten free so we got both, and really enjoyed them. Wife had the Carnitas taco, also Gluten Free, because she couldnt have the pizza we were getting and didnt want a Gluten Free pizza option because nobody has said much good about it. She thought the taco was good and actually 1 taco was quite large. The pizza was solid. Nice crunch like we like it. One edge took some good fire, and was over done a bit, but we still ate and enjoyed it. I think some sort of garlic butter dipping sauce would be a great thing to offer, as the crust itself didnt have alot going for it outside of a nice crunch.
